IbM Penguatan Pemahaman Office Perkantoran Kepada Guru SD Negeri 59 Pekanbaru

Community Service is a tangible manifestation of the dedication of university
educators. SD Negeri 59 Pekanbaru is one of the few schools in Pekanbaru that the teaching
staff does not understand and master the use of office offices. Yet in his work as a teacher can
not be separated from the use of office offices for reports to schools, education agencies and
related parties. When the end of the semester when reporting activities the teachers prefer to
hire people to complete the report. Teachers should have to complete their own tasks, useful
for creating qualified personnel in an agency. The Principal of SD Negeri 59 Pekanbaru
welcomed the community service activities by the yellow lancing university. The training was
carried out using seminar methods, practices and questions and answers. The training is
focused on the use of Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint. The training began with the
presentation of material then continued with the question and answer process and the direct
practice of using Microsoft Office Offices. At the end of the activity, a group photo
procession was carried out as a promotional media and the output of the Community Service
report by the speaker / lecturer and promotion for SDN 59 Pekanbaru.
